We had a really comfortable stay for an extra two nights thanks to good service. The setting was stunning. It was close to local markets and a market too. Appreciated the early check-in too. It had lovely bed, views of the mountains. We truly enjoyed this place; everything was good, though the bathroom was cold.

The resort is situated in a quiet and serene location, surrounded by nature and offering breathtaking views of a beautiful lake. It is conveniently close to a less crowded cave, allowing guests to explore the wonders of the National Park without being overwhelmed by tourists. the rooms are cozy and well-equipped, with large windows providing ample natural light. the friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, and the delicious breakfast options, such as mango sticky rice, are a delightful start to the day.
Some minor issues with water leakage during heavy rain may occur in the wooden huts.

I stayed at the Shack Eco Lodge for 3 nights with my family and we absolutely loved everything about our experience. From the serene location surrounded by rice paddies and mountains, to the delicious and reasonably priced food at the restaurant, everything was perfect. The breakfast had a wide variety and the pool was a refreshing retreat after a day of exploring. Our room had a rustic and cool design, and the staff were always smiling and kind. Paying for everything with VISA was a big bonus. Just book here - you won’t be disappointed if you want peace, great food, and excellent service.
I do recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing time at this resort in Vietnam. the location was breathtaking, nestled next to a serene lake and surrounded by the beauty of a national park. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with picturesque views of the waterfalls. the restaurant served delicious food, especially the hotpot and barbecue. the breakfast was also superb, with a variety of options to choose from. it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature.
A slight inconvenience during check-in as there was a short delay in the room being ready upon arrival.

During my recent stay at a charming eco resort in Phong Nha, I was blown away by the breathtaking panoramic views of the hills and the tranquil ambiance. the property, located a short distance from the city center, provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. the limited menu options at the resort were surprisingly delicious, so much so that we didn't feel the need to venture out to other restaurants. the highlight for me would have been the swimming pool, if it hadn't been closed for maintenance. Nevertheless, it was a perfect three days at this resort. Cons: For us, this resort was ideal. 😊.

This charming resort is ideally located in the city center, offering easy access to all the attractions and activities Phòng Nha has to offer. Guests can enjoy the stunning views of the lake from their rooms, and the wooden shacks provide a unique and cozy accommodation experience. The staff is highly praised for their helpfulness and the delicious food served at the resort's restaurant. The resort also offers a small kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their own meals if desired.
Compared to some other options in the area, the prices at this resort may be slightly higher.

I had the best Christmas experience at this resort! the wooden tents were cozy and unique, and I slept better here than in any other hotel in Vietnam. the staff were exceptional and helped me plan my visit to make the most of my time there. I loved being surrounded by playful animals, and relaxing in the restaurant was a highlight. the food was delicious, especially the mango salad, and the portions were generous.
this was a minor issue and didn't greatly affect my overall experience at this amazing place.
